Riverside, California is where she was born and raised. She began her radio career by majoring in communications and psychology at the University of San Diego and working for an local radio station. After graduating from college Liz briefly relocated to Monterey to be a co-host of a morning show. After graduation Liz relocated to Southern California to rejoin Power 106. Liz is a part of Big Boy’s Neighborhood and covers the latest entertainment news. She covers everything, from red carpets and award shows to one-on-one interviews with Hollywood's biggest stars. Liz who was praised by the nation's Hispanic Media Coalition for excellence in radio broadcasting, particularly radio broadcasting, is able to be heard nationwide. Big Boy's Neighborhood is broadcast live from Monday to Friday, from 6am to 10am in each time zone. Liz has been with MTV as a correspondent for MTV News and MTV Tres as well as not forget the numerous cameos she has appeared on HBO and on network TV. Liz co-hosted for the television show California's Lotto's Make Me a Millionaire. Liz was also the 2006-2007 poster girl for the Los Angeles Kings hockey team. Liz is currently signed as the model for 2010 at Coors Light. .
