Lochlyn Munro started acting after a major sports injury stopped him from playing professionally in hockey. A gifted musician, Lochlyn turned his attention to performing arts. Lochlyn began his career playing the guitar in Vancouver's clubs. He then studied comedy and drama under the direction of a variety of industry professionals such as Susan Strasberg. With a long history of stage-based work, Lochlyn then jumped into the television and film world and was immediately successful. After getting roles on American shows like 21 Jump Street (1987), Wiseguy (87), among others, Lochlyn was offered a leading role in Clint Eastwood's Unforgiven (1992). His acting talents have been impressive, with memorable roles in films such as Dead Man on Campus (1998) and A Night at the Roxbury (1998) as well as Scary Movie ((2000).
