Manuel Turizo Zapata is a Colombian musician and singer. He is well-known for his universal lyrics that touch the heart. Also, he is one of the most promising artists in the world of urban music. Born in Monteria, Colombia on April 12, 2001 the singer was influenced by his family's musical background. He was sparked by his passion for music and started playing instruments like the saxophone (the guitar) as well as the ukulele and piano. Though Manuel Turizo thought about being a veterinarian, he decided to venture into singing. So he started to take vocal lessons with a Cuban teacher. These classes helped him to improve his voice and allow him to be one of the most talented singers.
