Martha Sugalski was murdered on the 22nd. February, 1970 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, i.e. under the indication of Libra She was born and obtained American citizenship. When she was young, her family moved to Florida and she spent most of her life in Florida. We know Martha has four brothers and three brothers, as well as a sister.
