Adriana Francesca Lima is a Brazilian model and actress, and is well-known for her role as Victoria's Secret Angel. Lima's modeling career began as a young girl in the elementary school, which proved to be a stepping into her modeling career. From 2003 to 2009 , she was the spokesperson for Maybelline cosmetics and featured in their first calendar. Swatch also recognized her with an advertising campaign. Lima was featured in numerous international editions of Marie Claire and Vogue. She has walked catwalks along with designers like Valentino, Vera Wang, and Giorgio Armani. Lima was made a GUESS girl in 2000 and was featured in their fall ad campaign exactly the same year. Lima was the fourth highest-earning model on Forbes' 2012 list, having earned $7.3 million in one year. In 2016, she earned $10.5 million in earnings in 2016 she stayed in her position as the second highest paid model. Presently, she is an ambassador for Maybelline, IWC, Chopard and Puma.
