Carmelo Anthony

At 6ft 8inches height with strong arms and a bird's sight, Carmelo Anthony is undoubtedly one of the greatest basketball players of all time. He was a prodigy in his youth and would surely excel in basketball due to his understanding of the game, natural instincts, and desire to become the No.1 player. His fearsome competitor's spirit, a guard's vision and a scorer's instincts was what made him a major player throughout his high school days. He was a star basketball player at Oak Hill Academy and Towson Catholic High School. After graduation, he went to Syracuse University, where he helped guide the university to its first National Championship. Then, his exuberant performance put him in the international spotlight. In 2003, he was selected by the Denver Nuggets to be their most important player. In game after game He broke all records to emerge as the top NBA player. The way he controlled the game starting from the first tip was a largely unnoticed and unheard event for a player aged his age in basketball. He was traded to the New York Knicks after years of working with the Nuggets. Apart from that, he's made his presence felt during the Olympics as well, winning two gold and one bronze medals at the same time. For more information about his life and childhood, read on.
