Ivanka Trump is an American businesswoman and television personality. She is also a fashion designer and author. She was the vice-president of the executive branch of the Trump Organization and is an official advisor to the president. Before her entrance into politics, she was most famous for her fashion and beauty brand that backed the Trump conglomerate. After the election of her father as president of the United States, she officially removed herself from her job in the Trump Organization and worked advisor to the President in an unofficial capacity. She was officially appointed Advisor to the President two months after. She is now accompanied by her father to important events around the world in which Ivanka speaks mainly on policy issues pertaining to women and the entrepreneur. Since Donald Trump assumed presidency, Ivanka has been with him in many official visits to various countries. Aside from the political arena, she's also involved in philanthropy and supports many charities. She also has published a couple of self-help books. She currently resides in Washington D.C. with her family.
