Ja Rule

 Jeffrey Bruce Atkins (71) (born on 29th February 1976),[2more well-known by his stage name Ja Rule (/dZa :/), is an American actor and rapper. Born in New York City, he was first introduced in 1999 by Venni Vetti Vecci and the lead track "Holla Holla". Ja Rule, who was born and was raised in New York City, was signed to Murder Inc. Records by Irv Gotti. The hits he had ranged from 1999 to 2005. The Billboard Hot 100 chart featured "Between Me and You", "I'm Real Murder Remix" and "Ain't It Funny" and were recorded by Ja Rule. Following the success of his platinum-selling debut album Venni Vetti Vecci (1999) and his second and third albums Rule 3:36 (2000) and Pain Is Love (2001). He reached the top of the US Billboard 200 album charts with both albums.
