Jacqueline Bisset

 Since the 1960s, Jacqueline Bisset is an international film actor. Her first film roles were predominantly due to her gorgeous beauty, but over time she has become a fine actress respected by fans and critics alike. Bisset has collaborated with Francois Truffaut and George Cukor, as well as Roman Polanski. Anthony Quinn and Nick Nolte were among her co-stars. Her mother was French and was an attorney prior to getting married. As a youngster, Jacqueline took ballet classes. During her teenage years her father left the family when her mother was diagnosed with disseminating sclerosis; Jacqueline worked as a model to support her ailing mother and eventually her parents divorced, an experience she has said she considered character-strengthening. Her modeling career paid for acting lessons.
