 Kaia Gerber, Cindy Crawford's child, is poised to be the next American supermodel wunderkind. The empire continues to grow with Cindy Crawford's Home collection raking in over $250 million a year as per reports from 2015. Even though Gerber has set high standards her daughter Kaia Gerber is equipped with all the necessary tools (except the beauty spot) to be this generation's Cindy. The way it happened is this A local photographer took the picture of Crawford harvesting corn, and published it in the local newspaper. The reactions were positive and even though Crawford was valedictorian of her high school, and granted a scholarship to study chemical engineer at the university level, Crawford knew that there more to modeling than corn fields. In 1986, at just twenty-years old she relocated to Manhattan and joined Elite New York's modeling agency. Her daughter, however, is seven years younger. Gerber signed with IMG at 13 years old in 2015.
