Meghan Markle

 Meghan Markle was born on the 4th of August 1981. She grew up in Los Angeles, California and is of mixed-race heritage. She began appearing in small roles in television and film series during her Northwestern University studies. From 2011 until 2017 she played her most well-known character, Rachel Zane, on the legal drama series Suits. Markle is a vocal feminist who has expressed her opinion on issues such as gender inequality. Her lifestyle website, The Tig featured a column on women who are influential. She represented international charities through her humanitarian work in 2010. Markle has also been recognized for her fashion and style with an apparel collection in 2016.From 2011, until the time of their 2013 divorce, Markle was married to actor and producer Trevor Engelson. In 2017, she announced her engagement to Prince Harry Duke of Sussex and grandchild of Queen Elizabeth II, and relocated to London. She consequently retired from acting, canceled her social media accounts, and then began undertaking public appearances for the British royal family. After their wedding on May 19 2018 Markle received the title of Duchess of Sussex. Following Harry's leaving as employees of the Royal family, they will no longer wear the HRH title in a professional capacity.
