Michele Tafoya

 Michele Tafoya is an American sportscaster working as an on-line reporter for NBC Sports. She is currently on "NBC Sunday Night Football" and previously appeared on "Monday Night Football" on ABC and ESPN. As a sideline reporter she has covered the 'NCAA', NFL on CBS as well as 'ESPN College Football'. When she was a child, she dreamt of becoming an actress as Meryl Streep and often entertained her family members with her skits. In her teens, she struggled with an eating disorder called anorexia however, she was able to overcome it and pursue a career in sports journalism. She relocated from her hometown in California to Minneapolis to work as a radio show host; However, her intention of being there only for a year changed, and she eventually settled there permanently. She is a very successful sports reporter and has won the Sports Emmy award twice.
