Michele Tafoya

 Michele Tafoya, an American sportscaster, works as a sideline journalist for NBC Sports. She currently appears on "NBC Sunday Night Football" and previously appeared on 'Monday Night Football' for ABC as well as ESPN. She also worked as an on-air reporter for "NCAA on CBS as well as 'NFL on CBS' as well as 'ESPN College football', and ESPN's 'Monday Night Countdown'. As a child she longed to be an actress like Meryl Streep. She would often entertain her family members by performing skits. She struggled with anorexia as a teenager, but she was able overcome it and pursue a career path in sports journalism. After making the move from California to Minneapolis where she was a radio host. However, her plans to stay for only a year were changed, and she resigned for a permanent home in Minneapolis. She is a very successful sports reporter and has won the Sports Emmy award twice.
