Reba McEntire

 Reba Nell McEntire was born on Monday, March 28, 1955 in McAlester (Oklahoma). From the age of 5 the supreme queen of country music, Reba Nell McEntire, has been pursuing a musical career. At the age of 12, she performed with the musical brothers of her, also known as the McEntires Singing. Reba McEntire was an excellent athlete and followed the lead of her father who was a rodeo champion competing in barrel racing. The performance she gave of the "Star Spangled Banner" at the 1974 National Finals Rodeo in Oklahoma City caught the attention of songwriter Red Steagall, who suggested she consider a career in the field of country music. Since then, she's been given 7 gold and 5 Platinum albums, as well as two Grammy Awards. She also has explored different possibilities of entertainment, such as being a guest host on Good Morning America (1975) & earning generally favorable reviews for her performance in the film "Tremors" and television mini-series Buffalo Girls (1995). Starstruck Entertainment was formed in 1988 to handle all aspects of her acting and musical careers
