She studied acting at the Australian Theatre for Young People. In the following years, she traveled to New York on an award for further training. Her first notable work was in the musical 'The Westie Monologues which made her the focus of attention. Her acting career began with the Australian TV series 'Pizza, in which she was an supporting role. The show also led to a spin-off movie, where she reprised her role. She also appeared in numerous other TV shows and films during her time.
