Tulsi Gabbard

 Tulsi Gabbard, /'tlsi'gaeb@rd/ was born on the 12th of April in 1981. She is an American politician and United States Army Reserve officer. Gabbard was both the first Hindu Congress member as well as the first Samoan-American Congress member to cast a vote. She ran for the Democratic nomination for the 2020 United States presidential election,[2][3] before leaving the Democratic Party and becoming an independent in October 2022. In 2002, Gabbard was elected to the Hawaii House of Representatives at the age of 21. 4.
