Some of the most beautiful stars on the planet Hollywood have been victims of plastic surgery gone wrong.From botched procedures to numerous fillers, Khloe Kardashian, Tara Reid and Janice Dickinson are just some of the stars who have come out and admitted to being overly indulgent with their cosmetic surgical procedures.In an interview in 2006 on The Today Show, Tara admitted that she had wrong breast implants. When Tara was at Diddy's 35th birthday party and the strap of her dress fell down leaving her breast exposed to paparazzi. "I became known as having the most ugly breasts on the planet. These web sites were packed with them. Millions of them.""I was already analyzing what it looked like. She stated that the last thing she wanted was for the entire world to be able to view it. The real center, which is the area where the areola is was not a circular area but a large square. It was horrendous." Tara said, "It appeared like the shape of a goose egg. It was horrifying." Tara admitted that Tinseltown pressure forced her to undergo surgery. "I originally decided to do it due to having one breast that was bigger than the other. But I also lost and gained weight so they were getting stretched out, and in Hollywood it is essential to look stunning." Tara also got the procedure of liposuction in her stomach, which caused her skin to look rippled and lumpy.
