Camila was born in Havana on March 3, 1997. In 2012, she appeared on the X-Factor and joined the girl group Fifth Harmony, in which she was a leading singer. Cabello together with her band-mates, released an EP and two studio albums. Her departure from the group was announced on December 18, 2016. Cabello was a singer-songwriter and released two hits singles"I Know What You Did Last summer" and 'Bad Things' with Shawn Mendes. Cabello was preparing for her debut solo album in 2017. Camila scored features with artists such as Cashmere Cat's 'Love Incredible" as well as Pitbull and J Balvin's 'Hey Ma' which scored the artists as well as Camila herself getting a Grammy nomination. As Cabello achieved these awards, she also secured herself the Guess deal to become an official Guess girl and to be the persona of their Fall 2017 campaign. Cabello was invited to join the Bruno Mars 24K Magic World Tour as the opening show. She performed for 20 shows. Cabello released her top-selling single 'Havana' on August 3, 2017 as a gift to her followers. Cabello declared that 'Havana' is the first single to be released from her debut album. She also scrapped her original song 'Crying in the Club' that was originally planned to be her debut single. Hot 100 Billboard ranked 'Havana #1', and #1 on the UK Official charts, and more than 80 other top-rated songs on iTunes.
