Liza Lapira

 Liza Lapira is a film TV, stage, and film actress. She was raised in Queens, N.Y. She performed on stage and in independent films while she lived in New York. She moved to Los Angeles to pursue work in the field of television. She made her first film role in the romantic drama Autumn In New York. Since then she has played a variety of roles on television and in films. Lapira is a patron of various children's charities, including Los Angeles' Best and Impact Theatre in Harlem, and she also participates in the annual Children's Hospital Los Angeles Charity Triathlon.Lapira was born in Queens, New York. She is of Filipino, Spanish and Chinese origin. In New York, she acted on stage and in independent film. In 2004, she moved to Los Angeles to work in television. LA's Best is a charitable organization which provides after-school care to 28,000 kids in 189 schools located in Los Angeles' most needy areas. Lapira is a fervent fan. Also, she participates in the Children's Hospital Los Angeles Charity Triathlon each fall in Malibu. She is currently working with The Impact Theatre in Harlem, while living on the east coast
