Liza Lapira

 Liza Lapira can be seen in TV, film as well as in the theatre. She was born in Queens, N.Y. She was a stage actress and appeared in independent films during her time in New York. In pursuit of an acting career in television and film, she relocated to Los Angeles. Her first film role in a theatrical setting was the romantic drama Autumn in New York and since then she has been featured in a variety of film and television roles. Lapira helps children's charities, including Los Angeles' Best and Impact Theatre Harlem. She also participates annually in the Children's Hospital Los Angeles Charity Triathlon. She has Filipino, Spanish, and Chinese ancestry. In New York, she acted on stage and in independent film. In 2004, she relocated to Los Angeles to work in television. Lapira is an avid fan of LA's Best, which provides after-school services to 28,000 children in 189 schools located in neighborhoods with the greatest needs in Los Angeles. She also participates in the Children's Hospital Los Angeles Charity Triathlon every fall in Malibu. Currently, she is working for The Impact Theatre in Harlem as well as living on the east coast.
