Liza Lapira

 Liza Lapira is a film, television, and theater actress. She was raised in Queens, N.Y. In New York, she acted on stage as well as in independent films. In order to pursue an acting career in television, she moved to Los Angeles. Her first theatrical film appearance was the romantic drama Autumn in New York and since then she has been cast in a multitude of film and TV roles. Lapira is a supporter of children's organizations, like Los Angeles' Best and Impact Theatre in Harlem as well as takes part in the annual Children's Hospital Los Angeles Charity Triathlon.Lapira was born in Queens, New York. She has Filipino, Spanish, and Chinese heritage. In New York, she acted on stage as well as in independent films. In 2004, she moved to Los Angeles to work in television. Los Angeles' Best is a non-profit organization that provides after-school services to 28,000 children in 189 schools located in Los Angeles' most needy neighborhoods. Lapira is ardent supporter. Also, she participates in the Children's Hospital Los Angeles Charity Triathlon each fall in Malibu. She is currently employed by The Impact Theatre Harlem while she lives on the east coast.
