Marc Blucas

 Marc Blucas, an American actor, is most well-known for his performance as Buffy the Vampire Slayer's main character. Born in Pennsylvania, Marc aimed at the sport of basketball throughout his high school and college days. In the end, his inability to get into the National Basketball Association (NBA) had him pursuing law, and when that too did not turn out well for him He decided to try his hand at acting. The 1995 TV film 'Inflammable was his first foray into acting. He played basketball and was able to play an important role in the 1998 movie 'Pleasantville. 1999 was the turning point for him. He had the opportunity to appear in the major role of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. The show was a huge commercial and critical success that brought him recognition as an outstanding young actor. He was approached by two major film producers in the 2000s to take key roles in the film 'First Daughter' (and 'We Were Soldiers'). In the last quarter of 2000s the actor had already landed lead roles in films like "Thr3e" as well as "The Killing Floor.' The role he played in the show "Underground" brought him even more popular recognition.
