Martyn Ford was born in Staffordshire, England to parents Lorraine and Stephen. He was very athletic as a child and was involved in sports like cricket, in which he was a pro and hoped to make it his career. Unfortunately young Martyn was injured and this made him lose interest and enthusiasm in the sport. And often, it's difficult to perform at a high quality after a similar experience. Even more troubling, he developed glandular fever; infectious mononucleosis and could not engage in strenuous sports for a period of time, which slowed the development of his athletic abilities. His life changed and he made the decision to improve his body. He found a new interest for bodybuilding and, like many others, was fascinated by his intimidating stature and ability to attract the attention of. His work and other opportunities may require him to change his methods of training.
