Martyn Ford

 Martyn Ford was the father of Lorraine and Stephen Ford who both were born in Staffordshire. He was very athletic as a youngster and was involved in sports like cricket. It was a sport in which he excelled and hoped to become a professional. Martyn suffered injuries which made it difficult for him to keep playing the sport. He was diagnosed with infectious mononucleosis and glandular fever, which meant that he was unable to engage in vigorous activities for over one year. This brought an end to his athletic progress. His life changed and he made the decision to improve his body. He found a new interest for bodybuilding and, like many others, was fascinated by his size and ability to draw attention. He also alters his training depending on his goals or opportunities at work.
