Martyn Ford was the son of Lorraine and Stephen Ford Both of them were born in Staffordshire. He was extremely athletic as a youngster and involved in sporting activities like cricket, in which the player excelled, and was hoping to become a professional. Martyn suffered injuries that made it difficult for him to play the sport for a long time. In addition the athlete was diagnosed with glandular fever, infectious mononucleosis and could not participate in strenuous activities for a time which slowed the speed of his athletic development. His life changed and he made the decision to improve his body. Like many others, he found a new interest in bodybuilding. He started to draw a lot of attention due to his impressive stature and overall intimidating appearance.Ford is known for his use of various techniques to achieve the desired results. He also alters the way he trains based on his goals or opportunities at work.
