Chris Tucker

 At one point in time, Chris Tucker was the highest-paid actor in Hollywood.Tucker was born in Atlanta, Georgia, to Mary Louise (Bryant) and Norris Tucker, who owned a janitorial service. After graduation from high school Tucker changed his plans to relocate to Hollywood from Georgia to pursue the show business profession. He found himself frequently appearing on Def Comedy Jam (1992). Tucker is famous for his "clean" and non-sexy stand-up comedy routines. Tucker stated that his comedy inspirations included Eddie Murphy and Richard Pryor. Tucker made his film debut in House Party 3 (1994), alongside stars like Bernie Mac, Marques Harris, and Khandi Alex. In 1995, Tucker appeared in one of his most acclaimed and entertaining films, Friday (1995), alongside Ice Cube. Tucker's character Smokey was drug addict and an outrageous character. Films like Friday (1995) showcased Tucker's TV-comedy appearance was different from his stand-up. Tucker was also featured in Dead Presidents (1995), another film released in 1995.
