 At one point in time, Chris Tucker was the highest-paid actor in Hollywood.Tucker was born in Atlanta, Georgia, to Mary Louise (Bryant) and Norris Tucker, who owned a janitorial service. After graduation from high school Tucker changed his plans to relocate to Hollywood from Georgia to pursue the show business profession. He found himself frequently appearing on Def Comedy Jam (1992). Tucker is famous for his "clean" and non-sexy stand-up comedy routines. Tucker stated that his comedy inspirations included Eddie Murphy and Richard Pryor.
