Chris Tucker

Chris Tucker was once the highest-paid Hollywood actor. He was the son of Mary Louise (Bryant), and Norris Tucker (who owned a cleaning company). After high school, he graduated, Tucker made a change to move to Hollywood from Georgia to pursue a career in show business. He was frequently appearing on Def Comedy Jam (1992). Tucker was known for performing impressively "clean", non-vulgar stand-up comedy routines. Tucker claims that his primary influences for his comedy come from Eddie Murphy and Richard Pryor.Tucker made his debut on film with House Party 3 (1994), along side actors like Bernie Mac, Marques Houston and Khandi Alexander. Tucker was a part of Friday (1995) which was one of his most memorable and humorous films. Tucker also appeared alongside Ice Cube. Tucker's character Smokey was an addict to drugs and an eccentric character. Films like Friday (1995) showcased Tucker's TV-comedy style was quite different from his stand-up comedy. Tucker was also featured in Dead Presidents (1995) in 1995.
