 Jonathan Dwight Jones is a mixed martial artist from America who has been crowned the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship twice. He is widely regarded as one of the most outstanding mixed martial artists ever However, his tragic past has made him an unintentional cautionary tale. Jones was raised in New York by a middle-class family. His life was heavily influenced and shaped by religion since the time of his birth. Jones was a formidable wrestler, and was the winner of the State Championship at Union-Endicott High School, upstate New York. He was also a defensive lineman in football. Jones initially was interested in studying criminal justice, but his MMA career began to take off.
