Yvonne De Carlo

 Yvonne De Carlo, a Canadian-born American actor, singer, dancer, and choreographer, was a career that was spanning seven decades. She was brunette with blue-grey eyes and a voluptuous figure. She began dancing at the age of three , and spent her late teens performing in various nightclubs and on stage. In 1941, she made her screen debut with an uncredited role in the comedy film "Harvard Here I Come". She also appeared in a variety of other films with the same role, and she was later cast as the title character in the western drama "Salome where she danced" in 1945. In 1947 she was chosen to play the role of Song of Scheherazade. This film, although it brought her some success, made her look like an Arabian Nights-style temptress in the harem dress. Although she was stereotypical she was an important actor in the western and comedy genres, and was part of the main cast of the 1960s sitcom The Munsters. In 1957 she released her debut and only album 'Yvonne De Carlo Sings
