Jordana Brewster

 Raven-haired beauty Jordana Brewster was born on April 26, 1980 in Panama City, Panama. Maria Joao Leal de Sousa (brazilian-born model) was her mother. She appeared on the cover of Sports Illustrated in 1978. Alden Brewster, her father is an American-born investment banker. He is of English, Scottish and Irish ancestry. Her paternal grandfather, Kingman Brewster, Jr. is who was a Mayflower descendant, was president at Yale University from 1963-1977. Jordana was born in London, England and raised there until she reached the age of six years old. In the year 2000 her family decided to move to her mother's home town of Rio de Janeiro. Here, they would stay for the next four years. Jordana was able to speak fluent Portuguese during her four-year stay in Rio de Janeiro. At age 10, Jordana's family decided to relocate again, but this time, they'd move to Manhattan. Jordana attended Sacred Heart Catholic School, an all-girls Catholic school. Then she transferred to the New York Professional Children's School. Jordana became famous for herself during her teens when she appeared on two soap operas that ran for the longest time on daytime TV, All My Children (1970) as well as 1996's As the World Turns (1956) in which she was "Nikki Munson" for three seasons. Jordana was also co-starring on the NBC mini-series, The 60s (1999). 1998 marked her first big-screen appearance with "Delilah Profitt" the teen-driven film. Her character in the role of Mia Toretto in the blockbuster smash The Fast and the Furious (2001) was what made her Hollywood star. Jordana kept her Yale University education in 2003, despite her success. She played Mia in the prequel The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning (2006), and then reprised her role as Mia in the sequels Fast & Furious (2009), Fast Five (2011), Fast & Furious 6 (2013) and Furious 7 (2015).
