MATTHEW SETTLE

 Matthew Settle, age 19 was a 19-year-old who moved to New York City with a rock group. He made the decision to become an actor after his inability play an instrument made him to rethink his future plans. After a series of drama classes, failed pilots and TV shows The Johnny-comes-lately into the film industry was successful in landing his first major role in I Still Know What You Did Last summer (1998). He was nearly 29 years old.Born on the 17th of September 1969 in Hickory, NC, Settle is the youngest of two girls and four brothers. His father was a Baptist preacher and his mother was an church organist. In 1983, the family moved to Sevierville. Settle was an avid Dolly Parton fan and sold records at Dollywood's nearby amusement park.
