Steger began his career in commercials and was also a guest in VR Troopers 1994. After appearing as Mohamed Esfiri on NCIS in 2005, he had the privilege of playing a regular part in The Winner in 2007. In 2006, he was also selected by Tim Burton as the lead role in The Killers' song video "Bones". Steger has appeared in a variety of Disney Channel productions as of 2007. Steger has appeared as a guest star on the Hannah Montana episode titled "Everybody was Best-Friend-Fighting" and the Cory in the House episode titled "Macho Libre", and had an acting role as co-star on the Disney Channel Original Movie The Cheetah Girls: One World that debuted on August 22nd in 2008. He was also a guest in the show Criminal Minds in 2008.From 2008 until 2013, Steger played the role of Navid Shirazi in The CW's 90210. Steger also directed and produced a one-woman series named Brandee Built on Crazee starring his wife Brandee Tucker. [2] On 21 April Steger made an announcement on Twitter that he and Brandee welcomed a new baby girl named Poet Louise Steger. Brandee and Michael received Mozart Lee Steger on the 10th of January 10, 2020.
