Mike Rashid

 Growing up, Mike became involved in training from a young age due to his dad. My dad used to take my brothers and me cutting wood, playing in sand, running, walking, pulling-ups as well as other things. Mike states that his first boxing game was at the age of 12. Mike has shared his insights on fitness, spirituality and entrepreneurship through his videos. Alongside , he would feature fitness gurus and famous athletes such as CT Fletcher, Dana Linn Bailey, and Kai Greene.As a former boxer Mike's aim in fitness is to stay solid as well as durable and efficient for a long time.Mike admits that it can be difficult to maintain endurance and strength at the same time. However, he likes challenging himself, so he tries his best to keep both of his fitness levels to their highest.For strength and bulk, Mike utilizes heavy compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and the bench press.These are the basis of his workout routine. Mike incorporates isolations into his workouts but doesn't use frequently.
