Mike Rashid

 As a child, Mike became involved in training from a young age, due to his father. My father used to have my brothers and me cutting wood, swimming in sand, running, doing pull-ups, hiking, and other activities. Mike states that his first boxing game was at the age of 12 years old. Through his video content, Mike would share his expertise on spirituality, fitness, and entrepreneurship. Alongside featuring other fitness gurus and stars such as CT Fletcher, Dana Linn Bailey, and Kai Greene.As a former boxer Mike's aim in his fitness regimen is to remain strong and durable for a long time.Mike admits that it can be difficult to maintain both fitness and endurance at the same time. However, he likes challenges, so he does his best to maintain both of his fitness levels to their highest.For strength and bulk, Mike utilizes heavy compound exercises like deadlifts, squats and bench press.These are the basis of his training program. Mike does include isolations in his workouts but doesn't use frequently.
