Nik Dodani, an Indian-American comedian and actor is based out of Los Angeles. He will shortly be appearing on Atypical which is a Netflix original comedy series which Robia Rashid created. His work has been featured in Freeform's Kevin From Work and NBC's The Player, as well as his performance in Joshua Leonard's upcoming independent film, Behold My Heart, opposite Marisa Tomei, Timothy Olyphant, Charlie Plummer and Sakina Jaffrey. Dodani is a stand-up comic who performs all over the United States. His sets are featured in various media outlets, including BuzzFeed, The Huffington Post and Colorlines. He is also known for his roles in Joshua Leonard's upcoming independent film Behold My Heart which features Marisa Thomasei, Timothy Olyphant and Charlie Plummer, and Sakina Jaffrey. He previously worked as consultant at RALLY which is an advocacy company based in Hollywood and also as a graphic designer and student organizer for Elizabeth Warren's 2012 Senate campaign. BuzzFeed listed Dodani as among the "14 People Revolutionizing India's Fight for the Rights of LGBT People". In 2016 The Advocate Magazine listed Dodani as one of "21 Out actors from Color Hollywood should cast as Lead Men"
