Peyton Manning (in full Peyton Williams Manning) was born on 24th March, 1976 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Manning is an American gridiron professional and college football quarterback. Manning has won Super Bowls as the Indianapolis Colts' quarterback (2007) as well as the Denver Broncos' quarterback (2016). His father, Archie Manning, was an elite quarterback with the New Orleans Saints. (Younger brother Eli was also an NFL quarterback and played with the New York Giants to victory in Super Bowls XLII and XLVI.) Peyton Manning was highly regarded as a high-school player and won the National award for the best player during his senior year. Manning was the University of Tennessee's starting quarterback for four years. He was the nation's most popular amateur runner between 1996 as well as 1997. In 1997, he earned the distinction of being an all-time first-team All-American. He ended his collegiate career as Tennessee's career-leading quarterback in 1998.
