She is also known for her appearances in the movies "Shadowboxer," "Julie & Julia', 'Man of the House as well as "Nothing like the Holidays' and 'Death Proof'. Ferlito was born into an Italian American family. Her father was a biological father who passed away from an overdose of drugs when she was just two years old. Ferlito was raised in her home with her stepfather and her mother. In the 1990s Ferlito stepped into the entertainment industry. She had already expressed an interest in acting early in her childhood. Before becoming an actress, she was a model. A very talented person, Ferlito received an Image Award nomination for her performance in 2003's TV film "Undefeated". In a more personal way, she is a single mother of one son.
