Betsy Russell

 Elizabeth "Betsy" Russell (born on September 6, 1963)is an American actress most well-known for her roles in Private School (1983), Tomboy (1985), and as Jill Tuck, one of the primary characters of the Saw film series from 2006 to 2010Russell was born in San Diego, California,the daughter of Constance (nee Lerner) and Richard Lion Russell, a stock analyst and the grandchild of educator and journalist Max Lerner.Her father and maternal grandfather were Jewish.Russell had a dream to become an actress from the age of eight and began performing in school productions. She was in the Pepsi commercial that was taped locally while in high school. After graduating in 1981 from Mission Bay High School, she relocated to Los Angeles where she began acting classes. She completed a Master's Program in Spiritual Psychology at University of Santa Monica, and is currently a certified life coach and hypnotist.
