Charli XCX

 Charlotte Emma Aitchison (born 2 August 1992), known professionally as Charli XCX, is a English music producer and singer. She was born in Cambridge and raised in Start Hill, Essex, she began posting songs on Myspace in the year 2008 which led to her encounter with a promoter, who asked her to play at warehouse parties. She signed a recording agreement with Asylum Records in 2010. In 2011, she dropped mixtapes and singles in a series. Charli XCX became a global success with "I Love It", an Icona Pop collaboration. Her debut album, True Romance (2013) was released to great reviews, but it failed to meet commercial expectations. In 2014, she was the one to contribute the hook and bridge for "Fancy" by rapper Iggy Azalea. It ended the year with the highest-rated singles worldwide and nominated for two Grammy Awards. CharliXCX's "Boom Clap" was her first Billboard Hot 100 solo single. The punk-influenced Sucker album was her first studio album. It was released at the beginning of the year. The album was followed by the hit singles "Break all the Rules" (and "Doing It")
