She is well-known for her role as Ruthie Cameron in 7th Heaven on The WB. Rosman personally greeted each person she met with a handshake when she auditioned for the role. In addition to her appearance in 7th Heaven, Rosman appeared in the independent film Gideon, starring Christopher Lambert, Charlton Heston and Shelley Winters. She has appeared in numerous television commercials starting at age four including Tuff's Diaper commercial and an Nike shoe commercialRosman was the character Loreli in 2009's film The Tomb, loosely based on "Ligeia" by Edgar Allan Poe, alongside Wes Bentley and Kaitlin Doubleday. She also was Jill in the horror film of 2008 The Fading of the Cries.Rosman appeared in the four seasons of Brenda Hampton's teen drama The Secret Life of the American Teenager as Zoe as who is a student at Grant High School who sleeps with Ricky in order to get revenge on Adrian for having sex with Zoe's boyfriend Mac.
