Martyn Ford

 Martyn Ford was the father of Lorraine and Stephen Ford, who were both born in Staffordshire. He was extremely athletic in his youth and involved in sporting activities like cricket. It was a sport in which he excelled , and was hoping to become a professional. Martyn was injured and it made it difficult for him to play the sport for a long time. Even more troubling the athlete was diagnosed with glandular fever and mononucleosis infectious and was unable to participate in strenuous activities for a time which put a damper on the speed of his athletic development. His life was transformed and he made the decision to improve his body. He was able to discover a new love for bodybuilding, and , like many others, was fascinated by his impressive stature and ability to draw the attention of others. He also changes up the way he tr
