Bruce Buffer

 Bruce Anthony Buffer (born May 21 1957) is an American professional mixed martial arts announcer as well as the official Octagon announcer of UFC events. He was introduced on broadcasts as the "Veteran Voice of the Octagon". Buffer's catchphrase "It's Time!" " He announces it before the main event of the UFC. He is half-brother of Michael Buffer, a professional boxing and wrestling announcer as well as the CEO and President of The Buffer Partnership. Buffer is the rank of black belt in Tang Soo Do and has competed as an a kickboxerBuffer first began his journey into martial arts at thirteen and was living in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, studying judo and achieving the rank of green belt. At the age of 15, he moved to Malibu with his family. He was introduced to two of the students of Chuck Norris who introduced him Tang Soo Do. He began to kickbox in his 20s, but had to give the sport up at 32 following the second concussio he suffered.
