Mike Rashid

 Growing up, Mike became involved in working out from an early age, due to his dad. My father used to have my brothers and me chopping wood, playing in the sand, running, hiking, pulling-ups and many other sports. Mike states that his first boxing game was when he was 12. Through his video content, Mike would share his expertise on spirituality, fitness, and entrepreneurialism. Alongside featuring other fitness gurus and celebrities such as CT Fletcher, Dana Linn Bailey and Kai Greene.As a former boxer, Mike's goal in fitness is to be strong as well as durable and efficient for a long time.Mike admits that it isn't easy to maintain endurance and strength at the same time. But he is a fan of challenging himself, so he tries his best to maintain the two aspects of his fitness at their highest.For strength and bulk, Mike utilizes heavy compound exercises like deadlifts, squats, and bench press.These are the basis of his training program. Other exercises, including isolations, have their place in Mike's workouts, however they're not as frequently used.
