Mike RashidC

 Growing up, Mike became involved in training from a young age due to his father. My father would spend time with my brothers and me cutting wood, playing in sand, running, doing pull-ups, hiking, and other activities. Mike claims that his first boxing match was at the age of 12. Mike shared his expertise on fitness, spirituality and entrepreneurship in his videos. Mike also has other fitness stars such as CT Fletcher, Dana Linn Bailey and Kai Greene. But he is a fan of the challenge, and he does his best to maintain both aspects of his fitness to the highest.For strength and size, Mike utilizes heavy compound lifts such as deadlifts, squats, and the bench press.These are the foundation of his workout routine. Mike includes isolations in his workouts but doesn't use them as frequently.
