Mike Rashid

 Growing up, Mike became involved in exercising from a young age due to his dad. My dad used to take my brothers and I chopping wood, playing in sand and doing hiking, running, pulling-ups, and other activities. Mike says that his first boxing match was when he was 12. Mike shared his knowledge about fitness, spirituality , and entrepreneurship in his videos. In addition, he will feature other fitness experts and famous athletes like CT Fletcher, Dana Linn Bailey and Kai Greene.As a former boxer Mike's main goal in fitness is to be solid as well as durable and efficient for a long time.Mike admits that it isn't always easy to maintain both strength and endurance while maintaining both. However, he enjoys challenges, so he does his best to maintain both aspects of his fitness to the highest.For strength and size, Mike utilizes heavy compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench press.These are the foundation of his training regimen. Mike includes isolations in his training, but doesn't do them as frequently.
