Kathryn Lee Gifford, born on August 16, 1953 Also known as Epstein, is an American presenter on television, singer-songwriter writer, actress, and presenter. From 1985 until 2000 she along with Regis Philbin hosted the talk show Live! Regis and Kathie Le. Gifford is also famous for her long-running run of 11 years with Hoda Koutb in the fourth hour (2008-2019) of NBC's Today Show. Gifford is nominated for 11 Daytime Emmys and received her first Daytime Emmy in 2010. She also contributed to NBC News. Kathie Lee married Paul Johnson in 1976. He is a producer, composer, arranger , and editor of Christian music. After the divorce, in 1982, she married the sportscaster and former NFL player Frank Gifford in 1986. Frank Gifford died in the year 2015. He died in 2015. Aaron Epstein was in France with his family when Gifford was born. Gifford was raised in Bowie, Maryland, and attended Bowie High School.
